We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a cancellation policy that accommodates your needs. Please review our cancellation guidelines for each type of booking to understand how changes may impact your travel plans.

Note: For some bookings, the supplier’s (the relevant Travel Provider) specific cancellation policy may apply, which may differ from ours. Before booking we will send you specific cancellation policy for your booking.

General Guidelines

  • Non-Refundable Rates: Certain bookings, such as discounted or promotional rates, may be labeled as non-refundable. These bookings are not eligible for refunds or date changes once confirmed. Please review the rate details carefully before finalizing your reservation.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Certain bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. These deposits cover initial processing fees and are non-recoverable in case of cancellation.

  • Refund Requests: Refunds are processed according to the terms below. Requests may take up to 30 business days for completion, depending on the type of service and payment method.

  • Amendments: We will do our best to accommodate any amendments to bookings. Amendment fees may apply.

Please be aware that certain suppliers (e.g., airlines, cruise lines, hotels) may have their own policies, which will take precedence over our agency’s general policy if applicable. We recommend reviewing the specific supplier terms provided at booking.

1. Flight Bookings

  • Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking (applicable only for flights booked more than 7 days before departure).

  • After 24 Hours: Fees vary based on airline policy. Any cancellation made after 24 hours may incur penalties according to the airline's terms and conditions.

  • Last-Minute Cancellations: For cancellations within 72 hours of departure, refunds are generally not available. Contact us for assistance with rescheduling

2. Hotel Reservations

  • Flexible Reservations: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

  • Non-Refundable Rates: Some hotel rates are non-refundable. Please review the rate details at the time of booking. As usual, hotels provide the cheapest rates for non-refundable policy.

  • Supplier-Specific Policies: Certain hotel partners may have unique policies for cancellations, which will apply as specified in your booking details.

  • Early Departure: Refunds may not be available for early departures. We recommend confirming with the hotel directly upon arrival.

3. Cruise Bookings

  • 60 Days or More Before Departure: Full refund minus non-refundable deposit and booking fees.

  • 30-59 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total booking cost.

  • Less than 30 Days Before Departure: No refund available. However, we may assist in rescheduling if available.

  • Cruise Line Policy: Some cruise lines have additional terms and conditions, which will take precedence over our agency policy. We will provide you with the supplier’s policy upon booking.

4. Tours and Activities

  • 72 Hours or More Before the Event: Full refund available.

  • 24-72 Hours Before the Event: 50% refund of the total booking cost.

  • Less than 24 Hours: No refund available. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies (documentation may be required).

  • Supplier-Specific Policies: Certain tour operators may have specific cancellation policies that will be detailed in your booking information.

5. Event Bookings (for Conferences, Business Travel, and Group Events)

  • 30 Days or More Before Event Date: Full refund available minus any non-refundable fees associated with event space or third-party vendors.

  • 14-29 Days Before Event Date: 50% refund of the total booking cost.

  • Less than 14 Days Before Event Date: No refund available due to advance preparations with vendors.

  • Third-Party Vendor Policies: Some event suppliers and venues may have their own terms, which will be provided during the booking process.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Insurance policies may provide additional protections and refund options for cancellations, delays, and emergencies.

Cancellation or change by you

Cancellations or changes (with respect to the travel date, destination, place where the trip starts, property or means of transport) to a booking can be made by contacting us.

You do not have an automatic right to cancel or change a booking unless allowed by the relevant Travel Provider under their Rules and Restrictions (which are provided to you before you make a booking).

Travel Providers may charge you fees for cancelling (in full or part) or changing a booking. Such fees will be set out in the Rules and Restrictions. You agree to pay any charges that you incur. Please be aware that for changes, the price of your new arrangements will be based on the applicable price at the time you ask us to make the change. This price may not be the same as when you originally booked the Travel Services. Prices tend to increase the closer to the departure date that the change is made.

Please read the relevant Rules and Restrictions, so you know which terms apply to your booking. For example:

  • if you book a stay at a property and you do not cancel or change your booking before the relevant cancellation policy period, you may be subject to the cancellation or change charges as shown in the relevant Rules and Restrictions

  • some properties do not permit cancellations of, or changes to, bookings after they are made

  • if you make a Pay Later booking and you do not show up or cancel the booking, the property may impose a no-show or cancellation charge as shown in the relevant Rules and Restrictions and you will be charged the property's no-show or cancellation charge

  • if you do not show up or fail to use some or all of the Travel Services booked, refunds may only be due to you in line with the relevant Rules and Restrictions, and

  • where a cancellation affects more than one person on a booking (for example, two airline tickets booked on a single itinerary, etc.), any applicable cancellation charge will be applied in respect of each person on the cancelled booking.

If you want to cancel or change any part of a booking and such cancellation or change is allowed by the relevant Travel Provider, then, in addition to any charges imposed by the Travel Provider, we may also charge you an administration fee. If such an administration fee applies, it will be notified to you before you agree to proceed with the change/cancellation.

 

Other cancellation or change

We (and the relevant Travel Provider) may cancel your booking if full payment for the booking, or any applicable cancellation/change charge or fee relating to a booking is not received when due.

For a variety of reasons (such as a property is overbooked due to connectivity issues or a property is closed due to a hurricane, etc.), it is possible that a booking may be cancelled or changed by the Travel Provider. If this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible, and offer what the relevant Travel Provider offers as alternative options/assistance where possible or a refund.

Refund

Any refunds will be transferred back to you to the payment method you used to make the original booking. During 30 days after processing a refund with the supplier, Such refunds will be made by the party that took your original payment. We do not have visibility of a Travel Provider’s refund process. Our fees are not refundable unless this is stated otherwise during the booking process.
